What To Do When You Feel Like Giving Up On Weight Loss

We all have been there...you are doing good and those first couple of pounds seem to come off with ease. Then for one reason or another your interest seems to be fading and fading fast.

What is a person to do? You have worked too hard to just give up. This is where you need to change your "thinking" towards weight loss.

Make your workouts more fun!

Music is a great way to get yourself pumped up for a good workout. If you are going out for an evening run get yourself a nice iPod set to listen too. Never underestimate the power of music and what it can do for your fitness routine.

Add some cool dance routines to your workouts. Don't worry because you don't have to dance like Fred Astaire to get huge benefits from dancing. Most dances work your entire body and it's great if you are looking for a little change of pace.

Challenge Yourself

Doing the same workout will yield the same results. This is one of the main reasons why people want to just throw in the towel and give up. Don't let that be you! If you are lifting the same weight every week...try adding 2 to 5 pounds each week or try to increase your repetition.
