Intermittent Diet Review

Vit Kashchuk has a strong background in mathematics.  He believes that the scientific concept of non-linearity can be applied to nutrition and losing weight.  Consequently, Vit has written a fat loss program called the ‘Intermittent Diet’.  The Intermittent Diet is a revolutionary technique that will undeniably help prevent obesity and reduce the likelihood of several life-threatening illnesses similar to heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Mr Kashchuk claims that physiological processes that take place in the human body are non-linear.  He explains that programs designed to help us lose weight are able to exploit these non-linearities.  Nutrition plans normally tell us how much of our diet should contain macronutrients such as carbohydrate, protein and fat; they will also instruct us which foods to avoid.

Dropping Acid: The Reflux Diet Cookbook & Cure Review

Okay, so I got a Kindle for my birthday from my kind husband and my life has changed dramatically ever since! I love my Kindle and I have been reading avidly since January because it’s so easy to download books, magazines and even newspapers. So when I decided to take a look at diet Kindle books I was rewarded with a wealth of choice and an amazing variety of books and magazines.

I picked Dropping Acid: The Reflux Diet for two reasons: my little girl had silent reflux as a baby and I know how painful it can get. Secondly, in the last month our lives have been more chaotic than usual and I can feel its effects in the form of stomach burns at the moment so I was looking to see if I could use some of the tips in the book to alleviate the unpleasant symptoms.

For whom has The Reflux Diet been written?

Obviously, the book has been written with acid reflux sufferers in mind and it is presented as a double-folded solution to their issue: the book advices not only on dieting but also on various foods to be eaten or avoided by the reader in order to cure this painful condition.

The book is handily structured into three main sections: The Cure is an explanation of what acid reflux is and solutions on how to treat it.

The 17 Day Diet Review:A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results, by Mike Moreno

I would always be tempted to try out miracle diets that promise rapid weight loss especially when the time span is so short. Who wouldn’t want to shed 10 to 12 pounds of excess weight just like that in less than three weeks as Doctor Moreno promises? And who wouldn’t want to have a doctor guiding them in the very intimidating process of weight loss, to make sure they do exactly what they are supposed to do and don’t overdo it? I know I would!

For whom has The 17 Day Diet been designed?

The book was obviously written with a modern and eager audience in mind. It promises immediate results (playing on the very same note that motivates young people nowadays to seek pleasure in food and other dependency inducing habits) and a healthy weight loss formula that would not have any long term effects.

The formula is structured in four steps, which are to be repeated in four cycles of 17 days, and presented in detail in the first chapters:

The Anti-Estrogenic Diet Book Review | by Ori Hofmekler

Most people who want and need to lose weight find it difficult, if not nearly impossible, to find a plan that will work for them. They try diet after diet, lose some weight, get disgusted with the regain, drop the current diet, and get on another one.

"The Anti-Estrogenic Diet" may just be the answer to your weight problem, as author Ori Hofmekler explains that the reason you are unable to really get into shape is because there is just too much estrogen in your diet. Estrogen is primarily a female hormone, although men have a small amount, too.

However, the presence of this hormone in our food, water, and general environment means that weight loss can be almost impossible – the body is simply being thrown ‘out of whack’ by too much estrogen. The three part plan will help to cleanse toxins and excess estrogen out of your body, and teach you how to avoid foods and chemicals that contain estrogen. "The Anti-Estrogenic Diet" shows you which food combinations work best for keeping your body in optimum condition, and helping you to lose weight.

Life Without Bread Book Review | by Christian B. Allen and Wolfgang Lutz

Sometimes, the search for health will include not only weight loss, but a way to improve existing conditions. No one can deny that diet plays a big part not only in how much we weigh, but also in how we feel generally. Dr. Lutz has helped write "Life Without Bread Book" based on 40 years’ experience treating various medical conditions.

"Life Without Bread Book" believes that as humans have evolved away from the hunter-gatherer diet, their health has been negatively impacted by eating grains, and that many of the diseases that currently plagued mankind did not exist when people ate mostly fatty meats, fruits, roots, leafy vegetables, and only very few carbohydrates.

What Is "Life Without Bread" All About?

"Life Without Bread Book" makes the case that many of our health problems, including obesity, result from eating too many foods that are based on grain. Allen and Lutz consider that prehistoric man had little or no access to grains, but was a good deal healthier than people are today.
